Aaron Thackeray Wreaking Havok -- or is that reeking Havok?
Did you know that this year's Westword Music Showcase took place on Saturday? If not, you can pretend that you knew, and attended, by clicking through slideshows keyed to acts that played a slew of venues: Broadways, Bannock St. Garage, Curious Theatre, Mo's, Bar Standard, Dazzle, Vinyl, La Rumba, Sutra, Fidel's Cantina and the outdoor stage -- plus a special album devoted to the fans. In addition, there's my account of seeing thirty bands in five hours and living to tell the tale -- the first of many reviews that will go live throughout the day on our Backbeat Online blog. It's almost like having been there. Except quieter.
