Back again with more great Twits to follow for your burgeoning Twitter feed. As always, follow us at @denverwestword, @cafewestword and @casciato.

@WidepreadPanic: To kick off this very special edition of Twitter Tuesday, dedicated to amping you up for the Mile High Music Fest this next weekend, how about jam-band dudes Widespread Panic? Their Twitter is full of set lists, brief anecdotes from the road and set lists. And did I mention they post set lists? They also seem to do a bit of interaction with their followers, so it may be a good way to convince them to play your birthday party or bar mitzvah.

@TheFray: Hometown heroes the Fray are on Twitter, manned by guitarist Dave Welsh apparently. This feed will keep you up to date with the comings and goings of the biggest piano-rock band in the world -- kind of like being tuned into Billy Joel's CB Radio channel in the late '70s. In any case, if you're going to stalk the Fray, their Twitter will help keep you up to date with where they are at any given moment -- and tell you what their guitarist is listening to!

@3OH3pfr: If all that melodramatic piano music has you wanting something big, dumb and fun, you can always try a little 3OH!3. This seems to be the official Twitter feed, and they give away tickets and stuff. For insight into the daily lives of the kids of 3OH!3, try @kidquizine (Sean Foreman) and/or @NAT3OH3 (Nathnaiel Motte). That's three 3OH!3 Twitters, which I think triggers some sort of numerological eschaton.

@Matisyahu: Because if Twitter wasn't invented for following the 140-character crystallizations of the thoughts of the world's most famous Hasidic Jewish rapper/reggae act, then I don't know what the hell it was invented for. Seriously, tell me that's not like something William Gibson would have written in the '80s. Welcome to the strangest of all possible futures.
