Mile High Murder, No. 37: Christopher Camack killed on 3200 block of Albion Street

More bloodshed, more death. What a way to start the week.

On Friday, a man now identified as Christopher Camack was found shot on the front lawn of a home on the 3200 block of Albion Street, an area captured in a graphic below (if you have problems seeing the image, click "View Larger Map"). The Denver Police Department is offering up to two grand from the Crimestoppers fund for information leading to the arrest of those responsible -- and the DPD reports that two African-American males seen driving a tan Cadillac in the neighborhood around the time of the attack are being sought. On September 11, 2009 at the approximate time of 2:30 p.m., Denver Police officers responded to the 3200 block of Albion Street, where they found Christopher Camack shot in the front lawn of a home. Camack died as a result of his injuries. Witnesses described seeing a tan colored older model Cadillac occupied by two black males in the area at the same time of this incident. Anyone with any information about this incident or this vehicle please call the Denver Police Department at 720-913-2000, or anonymously through the Crimes Stoppers at the below listed telephone number.
