Sounds like the first story had many mistakes in the facts being reported. Then fueled a fire between the "ruin this man for good as he deserves it" to "just because you are charged with a crime doesn't make you guilty". Glad the corrections were made in this article.

Anyone that has ever dealth with police arrests is smart enough to know that the police will put as many charges as they can possibly think of on the arrest record because they know it is a bargaining tool for the DA's to use when the accusser's attorney calls bullshit on the charges and gets many if not all dropped. It's like throw it against the wall and see what sticks. So someone with a record of several charges usually never ends up in court against all those charges and therefore an arrest record is not, and should not be judged as what is true of who the person is or what they have done.

Only in America can such freedom of speech be heard like what has been presented by this and the previous article and the blogger's comments. And to remove a blogger's comment because the victim's name was mentioned is understandable - but to not remove comments that were directed at the accuser's mother and stating who she is, also making her a victim, because of the hate these people have towards her son, is absolutely unexcusable.

Nothing is fair in "love and war", especially when there is a scorned women and a man who thinks certain liberities are acceptable because before the women became scorned those liberities were like foreplay. Bottom line - if you are attracted to fire, be ready to accept getting burnt if you are not smart enough to walk away from what will hurt you.

My other curosity is why was the article not written as a news piece about a man, instead of being about a man and his business - knowing full well that damage to his name would be harmful enough - but to link his business would what - make it a bigger news story?

So I guess we will all see where this goes and what the outcome will be - but if the previous blogger is telling the truth about the victim committed perjury during Ty's former court trial (because she was the new play thing) - what makes her think anyone is going to believe her this time when she is the one yelling because she is no longer the new play thing? Justice can be a double-sided sword if you don't follow the rules and play nice.

I am not picking sides and not making any predictions. Just feeling badly that our society has so much hate and too many people ready to spread their toxic views.

The correction to the article is warranted. Doesn't change the fact that Ty has been accused of rape on several occasions and assault - found guilty of assault on several occasions as well. He rapes and beats women - period. I sincerely hope that this trial puts him in jail for many years. He truly deserves it. If any of you had seen the physical trauma to his ex-ex girlfriend and the emotional trauma he has inflicted upon his most recent victim, you would feel very sad for criticizing the victim's intentions. It's not fair to put his mother's name in the article - however, she is not a victim of rape or assault, and she is not in danger by having her name printed. The only danger she is in is if she has to pay Ty's attorney fees.

Makes no difference - rape is any penetration - tongue in mouth, tongue in ear, finger in mouth, finger in ear - just to name a few. If a women says "no" and the tongue or finger or whatever penetrates an orifice - then it can be considered rape. I am sure Ty is not the only man that has ever been accused of rape. Nor the only one that has been accused of beating a women. There are always two sides to every story and two sides of what was considered consenual and what was not. People that can't figure it out by themselves - end up in court. The majority get thrown out because they prove out to be nothing more than rough sex between consenting adults and later anger turned it into something ugly and hateful. Not saying those are the facts in the situation - just saying it will play itself out.

Unless this man Ty is made of stone, I am sure he too has been traumatized by the current set of events, along with his so-called ex-girlfriend for having to relive the pain and anger of loosing in court and reputation questioned, and his newest accuser by what she has to go through because of what she helped to put his ex-girlfriend through. Trials are not fun nor cheap and are always damaging to both parties - emotional at the very least. Karma is a strange thing.

Nobody should make a person a victim. And just because his mother was not his victim of what you all are saying is rape or assualt - does not change the fact that hateful, scorned bloggers made her a victim by publishng her name - and you cannot guarantee her safety and that she is not in any danger because there are many of you spreading your hate towards Ty, and what guarantee is there that the hate will be controlled and not taken out on one of Ty's loved ones, since you all made it very plain and clear you want his business destroyed, him destroyed - so how is she supposed to be sure she is not the next on your list to destroy. Thus I believe she is in danger and you folks were wrong by making her a victim.

And why would she only be in danger if she had to pay his attorney fees? Or was that just a smarty-pants remark?

I Disagree... yet another ignorant person, probably similar to the people who were on the jury in Ty's first trial. I can't decide if I'd rather see Ty rot in jail, or get off and be a bankrupt bum from all the attorney fees (for the second time in a year). Let's just pray justice is served this time around...
