Erik Osborn is a free man...for now

Turns out that Osborn may not have known he had to appear at the pre-trial hearing in Denver District Court on November 19 (it's tough to keep track of everything when you change lawyers), and when he showed up on Monday, the arrest warrant was vacated and the pre-trial hearing was rescheduled for December 3.

That's just four days before his One Lincoln Park trial is slated to start. Until then, Osborn is out on bond.
