Does Chauncey Billups have a sprained groin or a sproined grain?
Yesterday in our Denver Blogs round-up, we noted that the eyes of Denver Nuggets fans are on Chauncey Billups' sprained groin.
Look at the sproined grain on Chauncey.
But is that what's really wrong with him? This morning on KNUS, at 710 AM, sports updater Bill Rogan, whose online home is TurfSports.net, reported that Billups actually has a "sproined grain."
Sounds serious, but it's probably not, since Rogan broke up laughing immediately thereafter. Still, better safe than sorry. So, Nuggets medical staff, please harvest that sproined grain immediately.
