"Bloody" Kermit the Frog causes school closure: Did Lady GaGa do it?
Schools are closed for lots of reasons: snowstorms, tornado warnings, cherry-bombed toilets. But yesterday was likely the first-ever school closure caused by Kermit the Frog.
"It's not easy being green -- but being green and red is worse."
Not that Kermit deserves the blame. Sounds like he was more of a victim.
According to the Boulder Daily Camera, an employee at Peak to Peak Charter School in Lafayette found an unattended duffel bag containing, among other things, a Kermit the Frog doll that was either stained with blood or paint. That was enough to prompt a call to the cops, a lockdown and a subsequent school closure.
Among the theories about what the hell was going on: a senior prank. But we suspect Lady GaGa. Look below to check out a Daily Camera video trying to make sense of things.
