Woody Paige's pitch for a Marcus Camby trade a leeetle too late
Daily newspapers' continued fight for survival isn't made easier by regular examples of how the old paper-on-the-driveway delivery method has become hopelessly antiquated.

Case in point: One of the main pieces in today's Denver Post sports section is Woody Paige's column advising the Nuggets to trade for one of their former players, Marcus Camby. Problem is, by the time most sports fans were considering his logic, Camby was already unavailable; late last night, The Oregonian website confirmed that Camby will be traded from the Los Angeles Clippers to the Portland Trail Blazers.
Unfortunately, examples like this one aren't likely to boost newspaper subscriptions.
