Yesterday, reporter Joel Warner told you about Araphaoe County's decision to return two pounds of marijuana from Colin Olmstead more than a year after it was seized.

The ganja was being driven to a dispensary at the time.

The handover took place yesterday afternoon, and Timothy Tipton of Cannabis Health News Journal was there to document this unusual event. He took the shot here of attorney Rob Corry, wearing a garland of green in honor of St. Patrick's Day -- and other things, too, probably.

Look below to see more photos of Olmstead, Corry and the marijuana itself, which the Arapahoe County Sheriff's Office did its best to preserve.

Proof that the sheriff's office didn't give Corry and Olmstead an empty briefcase.
