Poor Joe Nacchio! The Denver U.S. District judge who handled his resentencing hearing just shaved two months off of his six-year, all-expenses-paid vacation at a plush Pennsylvania Country Club Prison.

Recorded while Nacchio was being held in solitary confinement as a "low-priority transfer" during a six-week round-trip tour of American prisons provided by the U.S. Marshals Service, Prison Rapper is split between songs that address two distinct objectives. "Qwiminal" and "Don't Fuck With My Meds" allow Lucky Joe to speak candidly to his audience about his innocence and anger as an incarcerated Qwest executive. It's an even more surprising sophmore effort considering that his 2009 record debut was inspired by and dedicated to Elvis Presley and Justin Bieber...
