As noted by Penny Parker, the historic Richthofen Castle -- built in the late 1800s by the uncle of the Red Baron -- has been on sale for four-years plus. That means even before the real estate slump, no one was interested in plunking down $3.9 million (not counting memorabilia) for the property. But perhaps today's the day.
