Strangely cold robbery suspect allegedly knocks over Chase Bank branch: See chilly photos below
The Rocky Mountain Safe Streets Task Force hasn't come up with one of its patented nicknames (like the Super Freak Bandit) for the guy suspected of robbing the downtown Chase Bank branch yesterday. And that's odd, because surveillance photos show him clinging to his coat, looking chilled to the bone despite it still being summertime. How about Mr. Freezing?

The Denver Police Department and FBI Rocky Mountain Safe Streets Task Force (RMSSTF) responded to a bank robbery which occurred onThursday, September 9, 2010 at approximately 11:04 a.m. at the
Chase Bank
1600 California Street
Denver, ColoradoThe suspect is described as a black male, 30 to 35 years of age; approximately 5'7" to 5'8", approximately 140 to 145 pounds.
The suspect demanded money and fled.
Bank robbery is punishable by a 20 year prison sentence for each offense and increases if a dangerous weapon is used in the commission of the crime.
The FBI continues to provide financial institutions with the best practices for security to make them less vulnerable to robberies.
