Charlie Sheen: Will porn star Capri Anderson fly to Aspen, ask Pitkin DA to revoke his probation?

Update: The Pitkin County District Attorney's Office reportedly has no interest in hauling Two and a Half Men star Charlie Sheen back to Aspen on a charge of violating his probation, even though there are plenty of indications he did so during a hotel-room-trashing NYC bender. But his alleged companion, porn star Capri Anderson, apparently wants to press the case -- meaning the D.A. may soon be getting a visit for a woman whose genitals are as famous as her face.

That's the assertion of a new TMZ report, which says this about Anderson, who claims to have locked herself in a Plaza Hotel bathroom in fear for her life as Sheen hammered on the door:

We're told Anderson wants the Pitkin County D.A. to attempt to violate Charlie's probation in the domestic violence case and she plans to fly to Apsen in the next few days to make her case.

Sources in Pitkin County tell us as far as the D.A. is concerned, any complaint that criminal activity occurred in New York must be filed in New York, not Pitkin County. We're told, however, that if Anderson flies to Aspen, the D.A. has "an open-door policy" and would see her.

Original item, 10:46 a.m. October 27: After Two and a Half Men star Charlie Sheen was arrested in Aspen last December on domestic violence charges, Pitkin County officials bent the rules for him by delaying charges -- and they're reportedly ready, willing and able to do so again in relation to what the New York Post calls a naked, coke-fueled, room-trashing rampage at New York's Plaza Hotel yesterday.

As noted by TMZ, Sheen was eight days from completing his probation at the time of the incident. Earlier this year, you'll recall, he was essentially sentenced to Malibu after pleading guilty to misdemeanor third-degree assault. TMZ subsequently followed up with this item about possible Pitkin County retribution:

Our sources -- and they are connected -- tell us the Pitkin County D.A. has "no interest" in opening a probation revocation case against Charlie. The D.A. views Charlie's criminal case in Aspen as a "petty misdemeanor" and is not going to open a case involving a Los Angeles man who behaved badly in NYC.

We're told the D.A. views any investigation as a "waste of [Pitkin County] taxpayers' money."

That's one argument for letting Sheen skate yet again. But here's another: Aspen has a vested interest in letting celebrities know they'll be treated as first among equals when they visit town, even if it sends a message that there's one set of rules for famous people and another for the rest of humanity.
