It Gets Better Project: Videos from Colorado encourage gay teens not to let the bullies win

Last month, syndicated columnist Dan Savage -- whose advice column, Savage Love, is published in Westword -- started the It Gets Better Project in response to recent gay teen suicides.

Savage called upon LGBT adults to make YouTube videos reassuring LGBT youth who are being bullied that it gets better -- and that high school is oftentimes the worst part. Here, we offer five videos with Colorado connections, by Channel 2's Chris Parente, La La Vazquez and more.
