• The funniest thing about the Tea Party and its so-called "organizers" who were in it from "day one" posting here is that they are so stupid they don't even know they're being used by special interests. I assure you, Keith, "day one" of the Tea Party happened long before you ever heard about the "grassroots" and "conservative" movement. You're being used, and you can't see that.

• Why would you support a RINO who was too lazy to run in the Primary?

• Tancredo and tea party are the new nader. Need to change the voting system to a ranking based system if you want your vote to count. conservative tea party supporters will help the liberals on election day. Conservatives have 2 big choices On who to vote for while liberals will have 0-1. Divided you will fall...it's clearly for the best. Have fun wasting your day voting. Lol

• It's good to see that Leslie White was able to convince Tancredo to change his position on gay marriage.

• Vill,as one of the co-organizers of the Rocky Mountain Tea Party which sponsored the event I can asssure you we have never received a penny from any organization. We pass the hat at functions and we sell flags and Tea cups to finance hall rentals.

• Vill, you couldn't be more ill informed. I've been involved in the Tea Party since literally the first day. I am a co-organizer of the first Denver area Tea Party or both Tax Day Tea Parties and several other events and actions. I can tell you that the organization I co-founded takes not one cent from any organization. Every last cent that has ever been used to fund something we have done has come from an individuals pocket. We NEVER solicit donations and take NO donations from any organization. I work closely with many of the other organizations, I know not one that takes money from anyone other than their members. I know not one group that has taken a cent from another organization, most especially from the GOP. They get their funds from their membership on a voluntary basis. As for our being registered Republicans... Many of us our, however there are a number of Libertarians, Independents and even Democrats. You will find few people involved with the Tea Party who are dedicated Republicans. The majority of us are no more happy with Republicans than we are Democrats. Stop trusting the media so much, do your own homework.

• @Vill, Are you aware the Republican party is kicking Republicans out of the party for endorsing Tancredo? Tea Partiers are CONSERVATIVES, not Republicans. At what point is everyone going to get this?

• Dear Vill, Won't work. Even though many are registered republicans, many are independent and some are Democrats. You are mistaken. As Secretary of Hear Us Now!, a grassroots organization that just endorsed Tom Tancredo and the organizers of the 2009 and 2010 tax day tea party events at the Colorado state capitol, I can tell you that the organizations I know of are NOT receving funds from outside sources. In fact, Hear Us Now! receives *NO* donations whatsoever. We fund the things we do out of our own pockets. So go away naysayer! Scoot along!

• Uh, Vill, the ultra leftist poster (do you have a job, or is this it?), you do realize people are getting kicked out of the GOP and resigning for supporting Tancredo, don't you?

• You guys do realize that the so-called "Tea Party" and "Liberty Movement" adherents consistently self identify in polls as registered "Republicans," and that their movements rely heavily on funding from GOP-directed sources...right?
