William Bentley busted for investigation of murder of housemate on North Enid Way (38)

Yesterday, the Denver Police Department went to the 4800 block of North Enid Way, where they discovered a man who subsequently died of a gunshot wound. The victim hasn't been ID'd yet, but the DPD has reportedly arrested his housemate, William Bentley, 59, on investigation of first-degree murder. Denver Police Investigate Death
(Denver) Denver Police are investigating the death of a man that occurred in Northeast Denver this morning.

Denver Police officers responded to a burglary in progress on Tuesday, December 14, 2010 at approximately 10:30 a.m. at 4881 North Enid Way. When they arrived on scene and entered the residence, they located a man suffering from an apparent gunshot wound. The victim was transported to Denver Health Medical Center where he was pronounced deceased.

One male suspect is being held in connection with the shooting.

This incident is being investigated as a possible homicide. Additional information will be released as it becomes available.
