Of the 103 counts, Weaver is named in 83 of them. Denver District Attorney's Office release:

GRAND JURY INDICTMENT BUSTS UP MAJOR AUTO THEFT/DRUG RING

A Denver Grand Jury has returned a 103-count indictment naming 8 co-defendants in a major auto theft ring that targeted victims across the Denver metro area. The indictment is the result of a year-long investigation.

Tiffany Nicole Weaver (01-03-89), Levi Gregory Yazzie (01-26-82) and Harold Ernest Margeson (12-09-69) are all charged with violating the Colorado Organized Crime Control Act (COCCA) and numerous other counts including conspiracy to commit aggravated motor vehicle theft, conspiracy to commit theft, burglary and criminal trespass. Weaver is charged with 83 counts, Yazzie is charged with 70 counts and Margeson is charged with 13 counts.

Five others are also facing numerous similar counts including burglary and aggravated motor vehicle theft.

The indictment alleges that for more than a year the group worked together to burglarize apartment and condominium parking garages and steal cars or break into cars. The group is accused of then using stolen personal information to commit additional crimes including forgery and credit card fraud. The indictment alleges that their common goal was to buy, sell, trade and barter stolen property and money in exchange for controlled substances, primarily methamphetamine. There are approximately 70 victims with identified losses of about $578,000.

Margeson is in custody in the Denver County Jail. Weaver and another defendant are in custody in the Arapahoe County Jail; their first court appearance has not yet been set. The others remain at large (see attached information sheet).

The Grand Jury indictment is the result of a year-long investigation conducted by the National Insurance Crime Bureau and the Metropolitan Auto Theft Task Force, which is made up of members from the Denver District Attorney's Office Economic Crime Unit, Denver Police Department, Lakewood Police Department, Jefferson County District Attorney's Office, Jefferson County Sheriff's Office, Arvada Police Department, Wheat Ridge Police Department and the Westminster Police Department. The Metropolitan Auto Theft Task Force (MATT) is a multi-jurisdictional investigative team funded by the Colorado Auto Theft Prevention Authority (CATPA).

I wonder what happened to Harold. He was the ring leader and cook, master mind of the whole thing and he never went to prison from the inmate locator. He must have rolled on someone bigger.

Actually she got a reconsideration on her trial. They dropped her sentence in half took away her number and sent her to The Haven. I you look up Levi on the inmater locator he is no longer in Doc either. I'm not denying that she is a snitch cuz I believe I was one of the victims of her mouth. I do however have a picture from the inmate locator of her when she was in prison.

Joyesboy you're not a "victim" of anyone. If she snitched, well that's what happens when you roll with drug addicts. You can't trust them. If anyone got "snitched" on, then that's their own problem. You do dirt, you run the risk of getting caught!!!

No one involved in this is a "victim" except the children of these people.

Ok I'll give you that. I deserve what I got. You can't trust any addicts that is true. As for Harold I wonder also what happened to him.

Even though these people caused a lot of harm and should face the consequences of that, I do feel they should send them to treatment not prison. Esp. Tiffany is so young. Meth is a bad drug that sucks the soul out of people. Giving them a chance to treat the addiction is more effective than 20 years in prison.

I wish Westword would publish a follow up on this article, an update or something.

Google Colorado Department of corrections. Find the one that says my inmate locator and it will bring up a maroon screen. Pick inmate locator it will bring up 4 boxes put in the last name and the first name and hit submit.

wtf?
wtf?

So how did tiffany only get 1 year in a halfway house for 60 counts????

Well if you look up Tiffany on the inmate locator it seems she got 20 years just like Levi did so rolling just doesn't seem to pay off.

Well folks.....one of them Marc Philip Falkenhan is INNOCENT. Duped by Tiffany into helping her drive a truck to a location she suggested! No, I'm not a family member but I do know Marc and his family. Charges should be dropped for Marc, he was thinking with the "wrong head", and in the wrong place at the wrong time!

They definitely have that 1000-yard-stare down. I have to admit that I was expecting people with missing teeth and festering, open sores. Good article, by the way... Very thorough.

One of these people is an old high school buddy of mine. He was into some stuff, but never meth. He was more likely to sell it. Still, you never know where life takes some people. Crazy!

Their mug shots aren't exactly advertisements for meth use, are they? Thanks for commenting.
