Krystal Kurcz, Megan Cassidy latest arrests in Amara Wells, Robert Rafferty homicides (56, 57)

The alleged conspiracy that led to the Keene Ranch murders of Amara Wells and Robert Rafferty Jr. has just grown larger. Already arrested were Christopher Wells, Amara's ex, plus a trio of his co-workers from a Colorado Springs car dealership. Now, Krystal Kurcz and Megan Cassidy have been busted on accessory charges. What is their relationship to the men already charged?

Douglas County Sheriff's Office spokeswoman Deputy Cocha Hayden says she can't release that information right now; the arrest affidavits and other records related to the crime remain sealed. She can only confirm that Kurcz has been charged with being an accessory to a crime, unlawfully carrying a concealed weapon and false reporting to authorities, while Cassidy faces accessory-to-a-crime and tampering-with-physical-evidence beefs.

However, Facebook provides us with some clues. Among the friends listed on Kurcz's page are a couple with the last name "Sher" -- the same as Josiah Sher, one of the men already arrested. Sher, Micah Woody, Matthew Plake and Christopher Wells all worked for Rocky Mountain Auto Brokers. Wells and Plake had been fired prior to the slayings, but Sher and Woody still worked there, and are said to have shown up at the lot looking "rough." Indeed, Sher reportedly had scratches on his face.

By the way, Josiah Sher's Facebook page has been pulled down, but cached links connect it to a number Shers on the Kurcz page. Could Kurcz, whose LinkedIn profile refers to her as an "independent cosmetics professional," have been Sher's girlfriend?
