NORML conference deserves honorary proclamation: Kenny Be's Worst-Case Scenario

The Denver mayor and City Council hand out an honorary proclamations nearly everyday. Organizations as varied as martial arts dojos and garden clubs are honored for their unique contributions to the city. It seems only fitting that NORML, a marijuana legalization group holding its convention in Denver today, should get an Honorary Proclamation that reads as follows:
