There are plenty of signs that a person may be driving drunk. But Breckenridge's Cynthia Sammon, 45, may have invented a couple of new ones.

Sammon was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence after she was unable to successfully roll down her window or open her car doors.

According to a Summit County Sheriff's Office report, a deputy noticed a silver Chevrolet Tracker sans registration weaving from one lane to another and crossing the double-yellow lines. So he pulled over the car and approached the window. Problem is, the driver -- Sammon -- was unable to roll it down. So he asked her to open her door, but that didn't work, either.

The deputy took this problem in stride. He next asked Sammon if the passenger-side door worked. Rather than answering, she reportedly climbed over the center console and tried opening that door. But it was stubborn, too.

At that point, the deputy asked Sammon to unlock the doors. Voila! They worked again!

Officers from police departments in Breckenridge and Frisco arrived around the time the deputy asked Sammon for her driver's license or any form of vehicle information. No luck -- but she had an answer when he asked if she'd consumed any alcoholic beverages. The report says she admitted to drinking "1.2" of them.

Sammon subsequently failed a voluntary roadside sobriety test. Maybe that's why she declined to take a chemical test -- a decision that may be punishable by a year's suspension of her license.

The final roster of charges? DUI, Weaving from traffic, failure to display valid registration and failure to present a valid insurance card. But nothing about failing to open a door.
