SSFCE: "no personal animus", no, clearly that's why you keep pointing at google search returns that indicate nothing other than that there is a Tim Tipton hate club. I am completely forthright in my views and I will criticize Timothy if and when I think it is warranted -- I do not advocate for cannabis or for him because somebody gives me something. What a pathetic turd you are to call into question my integrity when you won't even identify yourself! There's no point in arguing with the likes of you, but I do feel that I should counter your appeals to nitwits and neophytes.

This article was about the return of Frank Marzano's medicine. Tim acted as a patient advocate for Frank and supervised his bond for the Court. I started out the comments by congratulating Rob and Frank, but congratulations are definitely due to Tim Tipton for his steadfast support of Frank too -- job well done, Tim!

@Robert:twitter ~ I have no personal animus against TT.- Nor is any of this libelous because the fact remains, that, when Googleing "Tim Tipton CO MMJ scam" returns MANY negative stories from MANY DIFFERENT people about their experiences with this person. Some of these people have gone to jail for his actions. Others have just lost a lot of money. These are stories by people who have been burned by Tim Tipton - so of course they are not going to be flowery love pieces... gesssh

I guess my question is why are you trying to protect someone who has apparently harmed so many people? Sadly, my guess is that TT gives you something...

Again (anonymous libeler(s)), I attest that Tim is a caregiver in the fullest sense of Section 14 of Article XVIII of our Constitution, and an effective advocate for patients. I can't say Tim has never done anything wrong in his life, but the evidence of my eyes outweighs your silly gabble; in fact, what you cite and the way you state it would tend to make objective readers conclude that the only substance behind your attacks is personal animus. Tim has been an instructor for the Cannabis Therapy Institute and spoke at the Plant Medicine Expo last year (among countless other distinctions -- did you follow your own link?).

I had a message from one of you freaks recently, claiming that evidence he'd supplied the DA would soon result in Timothy's indictment, but inviting me to call back to get the dirt -- I've got news for you all: the legal process does not operate through rumormongering and gossip -- the fact of such a call being placed belies the intelligence of impending legal action, because the caller would likely have been enjoined not to engage in such communications were it true.

My advice to you all is to try to move on with your lives -- if you believe Timothy wronged you, so what? Go find other caregivers or business partners. Engaging in this constant, anonymous backbiting just confirms that some very flakey people use cannabis (when most evidence suggests that it's those who don't use cannabis who are crazy).
