Which is why spontaneous celebrations broke out in New York City, Washington, D.C. -- and Grand Junction, on the campus of Mesa State College (soon to become Colorado Mesa University).
There was singing and flag-waving aplenty at my alma mater, as well as the declaration that Republicans, Democrats and everything in between were united -- for last night, anyhow. Check out the video below.
