And the Denver cops have also ID'd the man busted for the crime: Ronald Muniz, 63.

Original item, 7:19 a.m. June 27: The 1900 block of Arapahoe Street downtown was the scene of a bloody homicide during the wee hours of Saturday morning. According to the Denver Police Department, a woman was fatally stabbed -- and a man was arrested at the scene on suspicion of first-degree murder.![]()

At this point, the DPD hasn't released the name of either the victim or the man arrested following the 2:10 a.m. incident, and other details are scarce. We'll update when we get more information.
