• After reading this article, and watching the video.The lack of evidence and the reacurring atempt to recant her story (Sacha) leaves me appalled at are legal system. Not only have they lost their integity, they have forgotten one of the main rules of the legal system it's called (Due Process of Law)!! FOR GOD SAKES, SOMEONE HELP THIS MAN!!

• As someone who unfortunately had a front row seat to this case , I can say this story for the most part is right on for accuracy.  On one occasion after I objected in court to the completely fabricated story one of the case workers (who incidentally I was told was a nude dancer at night) was telling, I was  shoved by said case worker in the hall of the court house and told to keep quiet.. I am elderly as well as disabled but the only thing that mattered to them was furthering their careers.  If you look at the current positions of the prosecutors, etc. you can easily see what their agenda was in pushing this case forward.  They have received their reward  .And Leopold  thought it more heinous to besmirch the integrity of his colleagues than to make fabricated accusations that sent a potentially innocent man to prison for 145 years....!!???  That is the wisdom that sits on the bench in judgement of the rest of us??  Perhaps we will never know for sure the whole story, but shouldn't the people whose job it was to find out, investigate to find out the real truth?  I hate to say it, but justice no longer exists in this country and corruption seems to be the name of the game.

• Wow, is that a comment on a news story, or just trolling by a "Guest"?  Given this kind of skepticism, I have no doubt that the next comment by "Guest" will be a well-thought out response to the actual story being reported, and not just a knee-jerk reaction by some anonymous schmuck.

• Wow. Is this a news story or an editorial by a "journalist"? Given this kind of objectivity going in, I have no doubt tomorrow's piece will be fair and include all the information, not just the information that supports Alan's obvious bias.

• This is my uncle...I've been watching his boy grow with out him these past years. It has been hard but they're good boys today.

• This is my brother, he has gone through hell.  Missing his children grow, grand babies be born, and the death of our father.  This has been hard on all of us.  I thank Alan Prendergast for writing this story.
