Kenyon Martin's house for sale: Sign that he expects to leave the Nuggets soon? (PHOTOS)
One of our first firm pieces of evidence that Carmelo Anthony planned to leave Denver was when he put his house up for sale -- a transaction that ultimately cost him $6 million. And the next Nuggets longtimer who could hit the road? Kenyon Martin, whose excellent Greenwood Village estate is under contract. Check out photos and a video below.

Of course, Martin's situation is considerably different from Melo's -- and not just because the ongoing NBA lockout leaves player movement in the frozen zone. He's scheduled to become an unrestricted free agent once the league is up and running again, after the Nuggets declined to give him a contract extension this past season. The reason is undoubtedly injury-related. Kenyon's been a solid performer and an inspirational presence when 100 percent healthy. But injuries have kept him either on the bench or hampered his play for much of the time he's spent in Denver.
If only he could come back to the squad with brand new knees...
Because Martin's pad is under contract, REMAX's Nick Evancich, the agent handling the listing, declines to reveal the sale price. CelebrityDetective.com, which originally shared the photos on view below, claims K-Mart wanted to make $3.2 million on the transaction, while the YouTube video of the property lists $2.6 million in the description and $2.4 million in the actual title.
