• Responsible owners & adequate dangerous dog laws would eliminate the need for BSL in Denver or anywhere for that matter.  If you read the real evidence you will find that pit bulls are not responsible for the bulk of bites & attacks in this country.  They also score near the top in a number of temperment tests.  No bad dogs, just bad deeds allowed by bad (uneducated)owners.

• Why don't pit bull "owners" protest the "ownership" of an animal.  Shouldn't animals be free, instead of caged, leashed, and sterilized? Oh, I get it.  They're protesting Denver's refusal to let them cage, leash, sterilize, or otherwise "own" this animal in Denver.  It's not about the animal...it's about their selfishness.

• Funny thing I saw in England this summer: lots of pit bulls being walked in busy cities off leash! All of them were well behaved an friendly too.  Here you can't have a pit on leash, in a kennel, in your basement, in a house behind 10 foot walls. Talk about paranoia...

• there's no such thing as bad animals, just bad owners.  they are trained to do the things they do and don't know any better.  people would probably be singing a completely different tune if there was a breed ban on golden retrievers or labs.  the debate shouldn't be about the dogs, it should be about the abusive owners who force them to be so aggresive

Sad that you can't see that there is no difference in 1st Amendment protection between your moronic "protest" and internet trolling.  We don't need to "promote" the ban, we had our legislators enact it.  It's called "representative government".  Maybe your dog can teach you about it.
