Not unless it includes a monorail proposal.  Shit, if Jeffco whines about traffic problems for 2 hours on one Sunday morning in August, every sleepy hamlet accessing the I-70 corridor will rain 10 years worth of bitching a moaning on Denver for slowing "their" Interstate Highway with traffic to and from Olympic events. 

Millions of state revenue dollars be damned, we will not tolerate a two-hour drive from Empire to Leadville!
