In our post about Denver settling the Jason Graber police-brutality case, attorney David Lane argued that while officials bought time regarding release of past excessive-force complaints, they would be required to provide them for another case, by Judge John Kane's order. These assertions prompted the following from one reader:

Don't worry, that smacking sound you hear is just the City and County of Denver, the DPD, and the DPPA getting bitch slapped by Judge Kane and David Lane. Music to my ears!!
