If a terrorist exist why isn't there a 'Terrorist Amber Alert' issued? Down the way is a quite young state trooper building a massive new home on acreage and drives his patrol car to commute to and from work, hence zero commute cost. It does make you wonder.

For Public intoxication will carrying a loaded firearm (If such a rule exists)... about 30 people need to donate some money for 2 or 3 people to go to a lawyer and take classes from a few reputable Attornys in town and see what it takes to make a Citizens Arrest... Then they can come back and teach the rest of you....

• You want to limit the DUI's .. here is a tip....weigh each patron then  use the drunk chart to determine  how many ounces they can have in any given time. More money is made in alcohol sales in this county i would imagine than most other products maybe  close to cigarettes,clothing.and maybe closing the bars at midnight?/ Lots of city's are trying to keep bars open till 4 am to increase revenue either tax on the bar for the  extra hr fee or dui enforcement after you been sitting  in a bar  since you got off work at 5 pm.

There are real criminals out there robing and steeling from anyone they can. go find some real crooks. If a guy drinks to much at hooters it is his responsability to not drive home. Next the waitress's will be carrying a breath tester to see if the guy can have another beer.Thats the problem with this country. To many fucking laws in the first place.

• This article (linked via Alex jones) caught my eye because I was hired to do the same thing- sort of a secret shopped of sorts for the VPD/ for safe bar practices and to limit the amount of DUI's in our area. However, i thought and believed i was doing thr right thing in my community- during my undercover work, I'd observe, take pics, notes, count the number of drinks one had, also how much alcohol the bartender poured, even if they had a beer on the side. It all seemed legit, until Bars were being sited, or after I wrote a report cops would then send in real under cover officers to make a bust. I feel super ashamed because I feel I betrayed my own community. It's spying on your neighbor and not allowing people the freedom of choice- or guilty until proven innocent. This undercover work was all done within the last two years in southern California. I had to take a job because i was unemployed for 2 years. But once I landed another job: becuase I already had one ) I stopped working as an undercover spy- I just feel really disgusted with myself, and ashamed. Because people out there having a great time, relieving the stresses of the world, and now local governments are spying on the people and fining them for absurd violations- But here's the real kicker- this is a non profit 501C 3 organization which gets government grants to employ 3 full timers, countless subcontractors (I was one of them), and it's all on the tax payer's bill.
