• Pretty much. And the republicans are literally taking the country off a cliff in the hopes they can regain the Presidency and Senate.  Now I'm hearing several of these republican shit bags, both in Congress and the Senate are going to deliberately miss the President's address tonight.  Jesus, talk about party before country, I cannot believe anybody can be so disrespectful, but it opened the door when, 2 years ago, at the State of the Union Address, that walking urinary infection, joe wilson (r-SC) called the President a liar. wilson wasn't called out on it, the Master at Arms never drug him out of chambers, and it emboldened the cowardly thugs that now represent what once was the party of Lincoln to only behave even worse. Apparently 5 "reshitlickan party" members, led by vitter, will boycott the address. That's 5 people that are not doing the job they campaigned and ran for that lobbied their constituents for. The people represented by these five frauds are now getting exactly the government representation they deserve.

• The Democratic Party should be renamed the Capitulationist Party.
