How can you live in Elway's neighborhood in a 4.5 million dollar estate after dropping millions into the wife's name and keep it? This is sick. These creditors must be total idiots. I love Tom's ability to laugh at this. It is hilarious, well done Kenny. But, when something like this happens, people that don't understand commercial real estate banking enjoy making comments about it. They love seeing bad things happen to those evil wealthy people. Stick to making comments on global warming, recycling & bong hits at least you'll sound knowledgeable.

Martino's entire detailed 61-page bankruptcy filing can be found here.  I especially enjoyed his $3100/month food bill, and the fact that he has NO motor vehicles in his name.  For a guy who spends more in a month than most of us make in a year, I find that infuriating.  People, you need to STOP listening to this sociopath's show and STOP using his phony referral list!
