Occupy Denver to hold press conference at 10 p.m. about being kicked off Capitol grounds

• Didn't realize CEO bailouts were part of a valid, content-based constitutional argument, but oh well...

• Why no violence?  White guys v. white guys!  (not that I wanted to see any)

• Unless you are a billionaire you should be behind the Occupy movement.  If you AREN'T a billionaire and you AREN'T supporting the movement you ARE an idiot.

• "Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances." I guess the Bill of Rights is no longer valid in Colorado, or the rest of the country? Are these homeless / campers or are they a group of people who have peacefully assembled to petition the Government for a redress of grievances?

• Whatever gets your name in the paper huh Corry ? You're a fraud.

• Discriminatory content-based restriction on rights of freedom of speech and assembly, and right to petition government for redress of grievances.  Thousands of people camp there every day of the year and are undisturbed, then all of a sudden people camp out while expressing themselves, and the government suddenly cares.  A trial will accentuate the message, people will not be silenced.  Consequences?  How about the consequences for CEOs who ran their companies into the ground and WE bailed them out?  Jury trial? Bring it on!

• They do appear nervous and guilty, whereas Hancock is shameless (in the video announcing action against Occupy Denver tonight)..

• Come participate, express solidarity, and/or help to chronicle whatever happens in Lincoln Park tonight at 11pm with your smartphone or camera -- the sidewalks surrounding the Park are public property too, and open twenty-four hours a day! P.S. One minor correction is in order -- Occupy Denver cannot itself redress grievances; we are asking our government to redress our grievances. P.P.S. I do not expect or condone a violent confrontation, and I believe that it is safe to come to the Park tonight.

• chicken looper and the smuthers brother better worry about me and my suit and leave these poor protestors alone, especially since my final complaint and waiver of summons has been sent and filed!
