Amounts of one pound or more carry a penalty of up to five years in prison and a fine up to $5,000. Possession of greater than 100 pounds is punishable by 1 - 15 years in prison and a fine up to $10,000.

• Also interesting to note: Paraphernalia possession is considered misdemeanor punishable by up to 6 months in jail and a $1,000 fine on first offense.
