He is a caring, loving, loyal, man who has a huge heart. he is always there for a friend no matter what the circumstances. I think that GetReal's point is that this story is being given undue attention (and I think that the story is noteworthy because a single female officer was bested by Mr. VanVolkinburg). It is not sexist to question the circumstances which led to his escape either, which may well turn on the fact that men are, in general, larger and stronger than women.
