• Ron Paul and Gary Johnson are libertarians running as republicans. You can be a republican and still vote for a democrat in the general election but you cannot be a democrat and vote for johnson or paul in the primaries. Be a liberal republican and always vote for the most liberal candidate. Not all republicans are conservative.

• Wow you sound like some jealous ex boyfriend who has nothing better then troll the internet forums. The fact is it doesn't matter if she is the biggest bitch to walk the face of the planet, it doesn't matter if she has a big mouth, and it doesn't matter if she is obnoxious. This entire story is blown way out of proportion, and its people like you who get all excited because stories like this give you something to sit around at the local coffee shop and talk about. Veronica to her determent actually thinks people are good, has a very big heart and has always tried to help those around her. The funny part of this story is they make it sound like she is running some shipping operation sending pounds of marijuana out of the state LOL (I about fell out of my chair when I read that comment) I'm sure it was obvious to police when the houses where raided that Veronica is a simple woman struggling to make a living like every other American. There is no money or marijuana being shipped over state lines by this woman she doesn't even have the resources to get into that type of big money crime. Veronica has no criminal history and has never been the type of person who tries to make a quick buck. For years before getting into the MMJ industry she was a web designer and internet marketer she has two degrees and has spent thousands of hours volunteering her time at the Sister Carmen Center in Lafayette because she generally wants to help people, not because she was forced by some probation department. These are facts, if she was indeed sending packages out of state using the united states postal service and there was proof (before or after the raids) she would be facing more than a few possession and intent to distribute charges.

She would write 5 posts claiming how wonderful she was, then real people wrote things like her place was shady and more. One post threatened bloggers their identity would be discovered on the internet and taken care of- yeah nice person.

• I knew Veronica and helped her keep her shelves full late 09early2010, she was a good person but always seemed to be playing very fast and loose and as you can see from the article she loved to talk, which will most likely cause her as much problems as the 10lbs. I had warned her after 1284 went into effect that it was not only time to get out perhaps with all the resistance she was having trying to open another dispensary in the foothills from that town. I warned her and I say to all if it seems too good to be true it is. Follow that feeling in your gut when you feel it and don't do this kind of business with anyone you have not known for several years. The State led hand and foot by the lobbyist have driven this whole thing back underground where the wanted to keep it, with their token massive legal grows which the State will soon sell out to the Feds. Good Luck everyone and keep your heads down.

• It seems the State has made another criminal where just a year ago there was none. Just a business owner buying and selling their product and paying their Colorado sales tax and Federal taxes for the privilege of doing so. But the State of Colorado Sen. Chris Romer in particular had a knee jerk reaction to the change in opinion about cannabis in Colorado. And by over regulation and reefer madness tactics they have ruined many lives, of people that had invested all their savings and the State let dream the dream by collecting millions for licenses in order to stay in business, but the fees are so extreme that it has forced 90% of the original business that were mostly small mom & pop shops out of business. And now these folks are labaled as criminals and society pays for their detention. It is time to stop the drug war of cannabis that Nixon started in 1970, it has not worked unless mass murders at our borders was the plan all along.

• Robert, It's not your beliefs it's how they are presented. If you really want to be involved and change the system you have to engage. Screaming from the sideline, while a solid tactic, is very easy for others to spin and marginalize. If you guys could put together a solid, rational and "professional" group (don't get mad, I'm not saying you are not serious, its about perception) you would get serious traction from the powers that be and a good segment of the community. But it would take some compromises, but the community need to get behind a non corporate only group. It needs to be a collation.

I also read a article in the AP that she opened a patient collective after she close her Lafayette store.  No one would work that hard, spend all that money and time and turn around and ship or sell out of state.  This would not be the first entrapment case....looks like there is more to this then we know.
