• Seriously though, he seduced her, no one is pressing charges, and nobody harm could ever come from this situation. According to the US Constitution I think the only crime is the deprivation of liberty and privacy by the Government. If the 17 year old boys parents wanted to press charges it would be a different story, they would also be assholes.
