A onetime member of al-Qaeda, Al-Owhali is the most prominent of four terrorists convicted of executing the 1998 bombings of U.S. embassies in several African cities. The death toll ran into the hundreds. He's among the prisoners at Supermax with the most blood on his hands.

Remember when that foreign policy guru liz cheney predicted that trying this kid in a U.S. court would be "disastrous"?

That using the court system the way it's intended to be used would fail us?

How liz railed that this President would weaken the security of the nation if we legally prosecuted him?
