Mayor Michael Hancock was supposed to be the headliner at an event to celebrate the year's inaugural B-cycle ride and Selection Monday for the NCAA Women's Basketball Tournament, whose Final Four takes place in Denver March 30-April 3. But Hizzoner was under the weather, so Deputy Mayor Cary Kennedy slipped behind his handlebars. Westword's Javid Rezvani was there to capture the event. Check out his photos below.
