Reader: Activist ready to go to jail to fight THC driving bill
Our post about the prospects of Governor John Hickenlooper signing the THC driving bill drew a comment from medical marijuana activist Jason Lauve, recently highlighted in this space for covering the cost of doctor referrals and red cards for impoverished patients. He takes a strong stand against the measure.

I am ready to be arrested for this DUID for Cannabis if it passes as my THC levels are much higher than 5 ng/mil of blood.This is a violation of my Constitutional Rights and I WILL PROTECT MY RIGHTS AT ALL COSTS!
