I don't pay these tickets. To make them valid by Colorado law - they have to be personnaly handed to you by law enforcement. And you sure as heck shouldn't fight it in court - you will be ordered by the judge to pay the fine plus court costs and attourney fees. If everyone ignored them - the cameras would go away. So for 90 days after getting your mailed ticket - don't answer your door to strangers:-) If the ticket is mailed from outside your jurisdiction - they probably won't send anyone to collect. They will continue to resend the ticket every month until the statute of limitations runs out .

******"I hate the one going down the hill on Broadway by the ballpark where Brighton Rd. turns into Broadway. Always seems to be a cop on that sidewalk."

should be up in the top 5.  I have sat on Brighton in front of CityGate once before with a sign after getting a ticket there....alerting drivers of the trap.   FU denver highschool dropout---i mean police officer.

If you're not willing to pay the fine, then don't do the crime...otherwise, stop your fucking whining and pull your panties out of your ass-crack...

The city needs a way to earn money too.

The City maintains confusing, deficient and incomplete signage in order to increase revenue. If the goal were to reduce speeding, it could be accomplished by improving the signage.

Southbound Roslyn/Syracuse just south of 26th is another one. It's a blind curve, so you can't see the officer waiting there to give out 160 dollar tickets if you don't reduce your speed from 30 to 20 for the "school" zone. This officer just goes around to a handful of school zones and gives out ticket after ticket. He also does the zone on 13th just west of Quebec as well as on northbound Holly just south of Mexico. The City makes a killing off these safety zone tickets.

Bad one on 20th St coming in to downtown. They sit in front of Jackson's with their guns and tag people left and right. It's a 25 mph zone and they are never for want of "customers."

Good thing you are not in Charleston, SC because the police here will harass you and attempt to charge you. It is bad enough that SC is the speed trap capital of America. ZOOM!

I can never understand why people allow this to happen to them! I have an Escort 9500IX Radar Detector. It uses GPS technology to map out speed traps so you know before you even get there. Police can't catch me! It is so much more advanced then their little radar guns...even if its a POP alert, I still go unnoticed! And the look on their face when my Benz rolls past one of them is priceless...cause you know they are drooling to pull over a BENZ!!!!!
