Reader: Michael Brown's criticism of Obama over Hurricane Sandy poorly timed

Michael Brown.
Sam Levin's interview with former FEMA director turned talk-radio host Michael Brown went viral hours after Hurricane Sandy made landfall on the East Coast -- and Brown's suggestion that President Obama may have held a news conference about the storm too early riled up plenty of readers. Like this one, for instance.

bethies writes:

Mr. Brown,

Who are you to criticize our President? I have heard Governor Christie, Republican, give nothing but praise for President Obama's help during Hurricane Sandy. Now remind me sir, what did the critics say about you and Pres. Bush and Hurricane Katrina? I have great respect for Gov. Christie. If you have some help to offer the victims of Sandy, wonderful. If not, don't try to stir up negativity in people with your criticism.
