Sam Levin's coverage of Mitt Romney's appearance at Red Rocks spurred plenty of comments, many of which broke down along partisan lines. But one of our readers chose to eschew ideology in favor of an endorsement for something pretty much everyone can agree on about now. Here's his take.

The best part of the election will be when it's over. I know we like to pretend we have a voice and choosing a president is important, but it's really just to keep us distracted. No matter who "wins", the American people are still stuck with a giant douche or a turd sandwich. Our lives will not change but don't worry, when you realize the person you voted for is a schmuck, you can get all excited for voting for someone else to make your life better every 4 years.
