Census says 25 percent of state pop is under 18. that leaves 3.84 million residents old enough to vote. If 3.6 million are registered, given that some fraction of the population is mentally incompetent, has moved, doesn't have US citizenship, is barred from voting due to a felony, or just isn't interested, then 3.6 million registered might be all there are.

I moved in the last year & as hard as I tried , couldn't update my voter registration online .

Gessler and his political operatives need to be fitted with ankle bracelets, their conversations need to be monitored, and their persons kept under continuous surveillance until after the votes are counted.
