Francisco Moran IDs Hector Alvarez-Martinon as his killer while losing consciousness (53)
But it'll be tough to undermine the words of Francisco Moran, who said Hector Alvarez-Martinon stabbed him on Thanksgiving shortly before breathing his last.
According to the first report from the Brighton Police Department, officers were dispatched to the Eastgate Mobile Home Park, 3060 East Bridge Street, at around 6 a.m. on Thanksgiving. They were told two men were chasing a third behind a mobile home, with the latter yelling for help.
No wonder. When cops found the victim, subsequently identified as Francisco Moran, age 22, he was naked from the waist up -- a wardrobe choice that made it easier to tell he'd been stabbed, since his torso was covered with blood.

The BPD's response time was impressive: The department estimates officers were at the address just ninety seconds after getting their orders. But even that wasn't quick enough to save Moran. Although he was still ambulatory when the cops found him (he was spotted walking behind a mobile home), he soon passed out -- but not before sharing his side of a very sordid holiday story.
