Marcus Ray Martinez shoots himself in head after wounding cop at Jugz: Suicide attempt?

I can't believe all the angry words,........     December 2nd,l 2013 9pm, Broncos victory party in way, Marcus Ray Martinez accompanied by three others, order a beer and begin a friendly game of pool at Jugz Sports Tavern.   Its a set up,  loured in to a business to get revenge for he had stolen a car from a family member.   They knew he had a warrant and in possession of a stolen car; that alone sends red flags for suspect possibly being armed and dangerous.  Police show up, question Marcus for fifteen minutes 15 by pool tables.  Full cooperation of Marcus, Poor Judgement of police and few minutes later ..... DREAMS DISAPPEARED..... everything myself and my husband had worked hard for to create a future for our baby was gone.   WHO'S THE REAL VICTIM HERE!!    The cop?? who didn't follow protocol and who's lack of judgement and training endangered several patrons, employees, himself, the community. Why did the officer not take Marcus outside as soon as his identity was confirmed???    ...    Or Marcus?  Or the girls that set him up? Knowing that he had "THAT ON HIM" (gun)  .. Why not Arby's or Walmart??   Or Patons? Or the Employees who now have no income and were handcuffed for four hours in patrol cars as if they were the criminal..   MY WHOLE FUTURE AND ALL THE HARD WORK WAS FOR NOTHING. TAKEN FROM ME AND MY FAMILY IN A MATTER OF MINUTES ....    So I ask who is angry?   or Sad?   or Ashamed?    and who is the criminal who is the victim?   That little girl lost her Daddy that day, my little son lost his future and that cop did not serve and protect.  Tomorrow we get foodstamps and hopefully leap pays the heat and for that I am grateful.   Americans have no rights, no freedom and no future without justice.       This is just a tiny little page to the whole convoluted story.       

stealing cars, drinking and pulling a gun in public.  sounds like a real stand up kind of father....NOT!  his daughter is too young to understand dumbass; she will b better off without him.
