According to the exhibits, the guy who made the phone threat was arrested on August 29.  And the arguably-threatening-to-his-family e-mail is dated August 23.

According to the Affidavit, Gessler flew home on August 31.  Hardly "immediate", and curiously the day after the Republican Convention adjourned.  Looks like hearing Mitt's speech in-person was so much more vital to the protection of his family. 

This is why it's better to read the documents instead of listen to a lawyer spin the tale.

Disturbing yes!! But how many people does that affect.

@Archaic Dude they don´t read the documents.  Westword is the ALT form of propaganda for the kids.  Have to indocternate them as well or this whole scam does not work.  Pluss it makes the reporters job a lot easier just to print the propagand they are handed, instead of practicing actual journilism.
