Heather Jensen arrested in deaths of two children left in up to 145 degree heat

In the end, prosecutors decided the facts of the case justified criminal charges. Yesterday, a warrant was issued in her name on two counts of child abuse resulting in death, two counts of criminally negligent homicide and one count of false reporting to authorities. Bond was set at $150,000.

Shortly thereafter, Jensen was arrested in North Fort Myers, Florida, after leaving a family member's home. She reportedly claimed her last name was "Holesapple" during the booking process, but this subterfuge doesn't appear to have fooled anyone. She's now awaiting extradition to Colorado.

I can't believe the D.A. Pete hautzinger decided to file charges, they should have arrested that sad excuse for a mother as soon as they discovered the children dead! But then again the D.A. likes to let killers run loose!

I recall when this story was 1st reported . I thought it was another slip of the tongue when the newscaster said,' hyper' in place of 'Hypo' .

I have that older type of 4runner. She must of left those children unattended for a long time. I left mine running blasting heat for 30 mins after the dead battery was jumped and it was not nearly that hot. Leaving children unattended in cars is stupid.

Slut, probably shouldn't have kids if you still wants to give blow jobs in cars. Then again our welfare society will take care of everything no need for personal responsibilties any longer. It wasn't her fault if there had been free daycare available she would have just dumped them there.
