Though the imagery may be lost on today's public, this poster is making a direct connection between marijuana and the occult -- specifically the worship of Moloch, a god worshiped by ancient people and commonly associated with child sacrifice. So basically it's saying that if society continues to look the other way, pushers will be sacrificing little Johnny and little Suzy to a false idol. You wouldn't want that, would you?
