... so why not allow ALL citizens who are in Jail or Prison their right to Vote?

Providing the juvenile offenders w/ REAL technical training & preparing them to exist in society w/o  re-offending is far more important than creating additional voters in various districts !

My personal opinion is voting should only be cast by rich, racist, white people . Like Jesus, they know what's best for 'us' .
