Update: The brutal hit-and-run that took place during the wee hours of Sunday, March 3, near Pho 96, located close to the intersection of Federal and Mississippi, was originally said to have injured three people, two critically. But in the wake of our previous coverage, on view below in its entirety, Denver police revealed that a fourth person had been hurt, too, walking away from the scene but suffering a concussion. Now, however, we've got an even bigger development: Larry Vo, 26, has been busted in the crime after turning himself in to authorities.

The search for a silver, gray or white Honda Civic captured in a surveillance photo has been ongoing since the weekend -- and a few additional clues were left behind, including this license-plate holder:

Still, the case remained open until cops received a call from what a DPD release refers to as "the suspect driver...wanting to turn himself in."

The driver turned out to be Vo, who subsequently met detectives working the case. Also recovered: the vehicle thought to be involves in the crash, a silver 2002 Honda Civic Hatchback. It was found at a location in southeast Denver.

Vo is being held on suspicion of vehicular assault, reckless driving, hit-and-run -- leaving the scene of an accident with serious bodily injury, and careless driving. The release notes that the department is not looking for any other suspects in the incident, which critically injured a thus-far-unidentified elderly couple and seriously hurt another person in addition to the concussion victim.

Look below to see a previous report about the crash from CBS4, followed by a larger look at Vo's booking photo and our original coverage.

Hard to say with absolute certainty, from the crappy photos, but I'm pretty sure that's a Citroen DS, speeding, backward.

" Two weeks ago,  she cut off my dog and my way to the park . "

I was just tell on someone to feel  'important.'

It's situations & times like this I neither miss or could use a drink !

It so many of the times ended much worse .

I hope the young girl pulls through w/o any serious, lifelong,  injuries .

Let the luck of the 'Angel' look over and her recovery . I've made it through a car & train .

Drunks rule the city after 2am, and conservatives are freaking out that POT might hurt someone's delicate sensibilities.

Everyone drives too fast and wants to get through the stale yellow light. I check my rear-view carefully before I stop at a yellow, because whoever's behind me is bound to keep going.

Greater Population in a growing metropolis that is not adequately equipped to handle so much traffic. That's just a hypothesis though.

Because drunk shitbags don't want to get caught and be held accountable for their actions.

Lol only in Denver would "near a pho" restaurant count as directions and/or location information..... :-D

It's a combo of things. Cellphones and texting though are rampant and the cause of more accidents than can be counted these days. Also, there really needs to be a law so that cars can't park so close to driveways in Denver. It's the only city I know that let's you park so close to street corners and driveways. People have to pretty much pull out into oncoming traffic just to see around the parked cars. It's ridiculous.

Because most people are TERRIBLE drivers. License testing should be done at least every 4 years. One driving test, for your whole life, isn't enough.

Google Earth SATELLITE photos have better resolution than the pathetic shots take by Cop cams and Bank surveillance.

What's the point of Video surveillance if the pics are incomprehensible?

@Georgianne Preskar Rollman Some people don't know the difference between a yellow light and a stale yellow light, or the difference between stopping and slamming on the brakes.

@JimTom There's no shortage of that, JimTom. Thanks for the post.

@JimTom ... if only all the participants had been armed! ... they could have opened fire and prevented this incident!

You are correct they could have shot him BEFORE he got in the car to commit murder with the car.
